Reflexologist and Secretary

Paula has been a reflexologist for 16 years and is trained in foot, hand, face, and ear reflexology. She has her own practice in Bishops Stortford and supports clients by offering reflexology in people’s homes and workplaces. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

She has trained to support in cancer and palliative care.

She is a qualified RLD (reflexology lymph drainage) which is the Reflexology gold standard treatment supporting Lymphedema patients.

Paula has volunteered at Hummingbird Cancer Support Group since 2010 and is now the group Secretary and can’t imagine doing anything else on a Monday morning! She currently represents the group in networking groups to raise the group profile and promote fundraising opportunities.
