Manual Lymphatic Drainage

(MLD) is a gentle, specialised massage technique used to encourage lymph fluid movement and reduce swelling, particularly in lymphedema. It involves light, rhythmic hand movements, following the direction of lymphatic pathways, to help drain excess fluid from affected areas. MLD is a medically recognised therapy used to manage lymphedema and other conditions causing fluid retention or swelling.
