We hope that you have had a restful Christmas with your friends and families. Christmas can offer time for reflection and possibly for some time for relaxation and rest.
If you don’t feel your best, it can be a difficult and confusing time of year when you are diagnosed with cancer.
Hummingbird Cancer Support Group will be back at South Mill Arts from the 8th of January, every Monday between 10:30 and 1:30.
We have new sessions available for this year. Peter is now offering counselling services, Debbie will offer seated exercise to music, Elle is offering guided meditation and Jon, a solution-focused hypnotherapist will offer some additional meditation workshops. All these sessions are available to our group members for free, but you will be given the opportunity to donate to our group and gift aid it.

We are a registered charity 1199955 based in Bishops Stortford. We help maintain the independence and integrity of our members. We offer physical support through complementary therapies and social support in our refreshments area.
