Welcome to The Hub Hummingbird Cancer Support Group's (HCSG) own education and Volunteer Management Service (VMS) portal. This area is a public area until you log in. Once you log in you will have access to the VMS and other HCSG volunteers areas. Please see our terms of use.

The site is populated with our Volunteer Induction Programme (VIP) which is mandatory for all volunteers. 

We will be adding other content for the benefit of our volunteers; so please check back on a regular basis to see what's new.

Newsletter

As we prepare to launch our first newsletter, you are invited to contribute. If you want to have any features or even snippets included please submit these by the deadline of 20th November. Please send to pablo@humingbirdcancersupport.org.

Volunteer agreements

70% of us have now signed the volunteers agreement. Thank you. The remaining few please go here to submit the form  https://hummingbirdcancersupport.org/thehub/mod/questionnaire/view.php?id=80. You will have to log in to do this.

Christmas party

The date for the Christmas party is 18th December from 1100 onwards. Please consider donating raffle prizes. Please bring them in to the Monday sessions.

Client survey

We will be inviting our clients to complete a survey over the next few weeks. This will help us with our impact reporting and assess the level of support we are offering.
